You can schedule an appointment by calling us at 681-207-1617, filling out the contact form above, or messaging us on WhatsApp. We'll confirm your appointment and provide any pre-session instructions.

During your first session, we'll conduct a thorough assessment of your condition, discuss your health goals, and explain our recommended treatment plan. We'll answer all your questions before beginning therapy.

Most sessions are 60 minutes. However, initial consultations may take longer (90 minutes) to ensure we fully understand your needs and create a personalized treatment plan.

We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
